Adobe Sign Instructions - How to Manually Print, Sign and Return to Microsoft IPLA
We currently use Adobesign for electronic signature. Here are our Non-Electronic Signature Instructions:
If your company requires documents to be manually signed and returned via postal mail, please follow the instructions below. To expedite the manual signing process, e-mail a copy of your signed document to ipla@microsoft.com. In your e-mail, indicate if you would like the original signed copy of your document returned to you or if an electronic copy of the countersigned document is sufficient. Please keep in mind that electronically signing via Adobe Acrobat Sign will significantly reduce your agreement processing time.
From the AdobeSign invitation e-mail, click on the “Review and sign” link.
If you have created an Adobe Acrobat Sign account, log in.
If you have not created an Adobe Acrobat Sign account, the link will take you directly to your document
When the document is viewable, click the “Options” button and then select "Download PDF" to download your document.
Print the document.
Sign and return two original copies of your document to the following address:
