- Next time you visit the customer portal and attempt to log in, you’ll be asked to create an account or validate an existing account.

- If you don’t already have an account, you’ll see this error message.
- Verify password or click Sign up Now link

If you Create an account through the Sign up Now link:
- Enter your company email address and click Send verification code
- Note that although the password field is present on this screen, do not enter a password yet.

- Once you receive the verification email, paste or enter the code into the Verification code box and click Verify Code
- The verification box will go away and present with the enter password box’s

- Provide a password and confirm then click Create

Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
If you already have an account or have created an account, you’ll be asked to verify email.
- Note: at the time of account creation, there is a second authentication similar to the first if you go to log in after account creation. This is expected.
- If you already have an account and coming back since MFA was implemented, you’ll be presented with the following validation

- Click Continue
- Enter your email associated with the licensing company and click Send Verification Code

- Enter the code received in the email in the Verification code box and click Verify code.

- As long as the code matches, the following box will be present. Click Continue.

- The final screen will look like this.
- Verify your name is in the top right. You can now navigate the site.

Notes:
- The only method allowed for multifactor authentication (MFA) is your company email.
- We do not support MFA by cell phone to ensure the team member is currently a member of the licensing company.
