Important Notes!
·Please expect significant delays if you have any outstanding payments with Microsoft.  Please email WINMLA@microsoft.com  (Microsoft Credit & Collections) to ensure your accounts are up to date.
·Microsoft only executes Windows Media and PlayReady Agreements for technology distribution and/or product development with a “Company” (which may be a sole proprietorship, corporation, educational institution, or a non-profit). To obtain an executable copy of any of these agreements please follow the steps outlined below.
 
Procedure
 

Q: How long does it take to execute a license agreement with the WMLA Licensing Team?

          A: For an agreement without fees, it can take up to 5 full business day on the Microsoft side.  For agreements that contain fees or royalties, it can take up to 10 full business days on Microsoft side to set up billing and customer information in our systems.
