
Microsoft Licensing Portal – Account Creation Instructions
Step 1 – Click on the Sign in button when you are ready to log into the licensee portal.
Step 2 – First time users will need to create an account. Click the “Sign up now” button to create a new licensing portal account.
Step 3 – Enter your own work email address (i.e. email contains your company domain). This email should be the same email used for IP Licensing communication and contracts. Click on the “Send verification code’ button to validate your access to your corporate email address.
Step 4 – Enter the code that is sent to your email address. Then create a password.
Trouble with Licensing Portal Account Creation? If you cannot create a sign in account it means that ipla@microsoft.com does not have your work email registered in the licensing database. Email ipla@microsoft.com and provide your full name, work email address and company name.
Step 5 – Log into the Microsoft Licensing Portal! You should be able to log in with your work email and the password you have just created.
